These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase of event tickets and use of the checkout services provided by Mana Music AS ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing a ticket through our website, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms comply with relevant Norwegian legislation, including Forbrukerkjøpsloven (The Consumer Purchases Act) and Angrerettloven (The Cancellation Act).
Pricing: All prices are listed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK). In accordance with the Norwegian Value Added Tax Act (Merverdiavgiftsloven § 3-7
Payment: We accept payment via multiple secure solutions tailored for the Norwegian market. Your payment will be processed securely through our authorized payment providers.
Receipt as Valid Ticket: A binding purchase agreement is formed once the payment is successfully processed. The digital receipt you receive via email upon completing your order functions as your valid ticket for entry. You must present this receipt (digitally or printed) at the venue doors.
Undisclosed Locations: Mana Music AS events take place primarily outdoors at specialized locations. The exact location of the event is kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed at the time of purchase.
Access Code: Upon completing your purchase within the designated timeframe, your digital receipt will include a unique access code.
Revealing the Location: On the day of the event, you must log in or enter your access code on our website. Doing so will reveal the exact location and coordinates of the event venue.
Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept that the venue location is unknown at the time of purchase. Dissatisfaction with the revealed location, or a failure to check the website using your access code on the day of the event, does not entitle you to a refund.
Exemption from the Cancellation Act: Under Norwegian law (Angrerettloven § 22 bokstav m), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal (angrerett) does not apply to the purchase of tickets for cultural events, concerts, or leisure activities that take place on a specific date or within a specific period.
No Refunds: Because of the aforementioned legal exemption, all ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer's remorse, dissatisfaction with the revealed venue location, scheduling conflicts, illness, or any other personal reasons.
Mana Music AS enforces strict community guidelines to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all attendees.
Venue Rules: We reserve the right to refuse entry or immediately expel any guest from the venue if they violate our guidelines, act unlawfully, or disrupt the event.
Grounds for Expulsion: Behaviors resulting in immediate removal include severe or disruptive intoxication, unlawful behavior (including physical violence, fighting, or property damage), and inappropriate, harassing, or predatory behavior (such as non-consensual touching, groping, or verbal abuse).
No Refunds for Expulsion: If you are denied entry or expelled from the event for violating these rules, your ticket will be immediately invalidated and no refund will be issued.
Resale Policy: Customers are permitted to resell or transfer their tickets to others. However, in strict compliance with the Norwegian Act on the Prohibition of Price Gouging on Tickets (Svartebørsloven), tickets may not be resold for a price higher than the original purchase price.
Validity: We reserve the right to refuse entry if a receipt/ticket is found to be fraudulent, duplicated, or resold at an unlawful markup.
While standard purchases are non-refundable, Norwegian consumer law protects you in the event of a failure to deliver the service on our part:
Cancellations: If Mana Music AS completely cancels an event, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket's face value. (Booking/processing fees may be non-refundable).
Rescheduled Events: If an event is postponed or moved, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may claim a refund within the specific deadline announced at the time of rescheduling.
Force Majeure: Refunds will not be issued if the cancellation is due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control (Force Majeure), such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or severe acts of nature, unless legally mandated.
Mana Music AS's liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
Attendance is at your own risk. Mana Music AS is not liable for personal injury or loss of personal property at the event venue.
We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Norwegian privacy laws. Information collected during checkout is strictly used to fulfill the transaction, deliver your receipt/ticket and access code, and communicate essential updates. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, with Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett) as the agreed venue.
